About warranty information:

Sincerely thank you for purchasing and supporting KMATATTOO products. Please contact our customer service kmatattoosupply@gmail.com directly when there is a problem with the product you received. The customer team will identify your issue via email. Please provide order number, product image, video when sending warranty verification email. This information can speed up authentication. Test results will be sent to you via email.

Regarding maintenance requirements:

For damaged products that do not need to be artificial, KMTATTOO will provide effective warranty service. We do not provide maintenance services in the following cases: (1). Severely damaged products fall to the ground. (2). The product has been soaked in the extract. (3). The product has been resold and edited separately.

Looking forward to your attention:

1. If the product is damaged within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order and after contacting customer service it still cannot be processed, we will send you a new product for free.

2. If the product breaks during the warranty period, we will maintain it for free. Product problems cannot be solved through remote support, you can send the product to our service address for free maintenance. During that time, the buyer will pay the transfer fee to send it back.
